2023-05-30	Mash	I'm using ZenMate for almost five years. And have a 3 years subscription now. ZenMate dropped all their clients to CyberShost, so now we are their users. I can't log in with my account ZenMate account. ZenMate doesn't response for weeks. CyberGhost saying that that's not their problem. So I left with my 3 years old payed subscription and totally broken service. Stay away.

Tried to re-install the extension, but no luck. Any updates on this? If this works again, I'd give it 5 stars actually! I liked it a lot when it worked.

2023-03-25	Steven	DO NOT BUY INTO ZENMATE OR CYBERGHOST! ZenMate has went bust and sold out to CyberGhost. If you have paid for ZenMate you will not be able to use the Chrome extension which has the smart sites feature. This is the only reason I paid for a 3 year membership! CyberGhost is some small time company with outdated software and the chrome extension is a waste of time being so featureless it's useless to me. There is no paid option in the extension, there is no smart sites feature or anything like what I paid for when I bought ZenMate. The ZenMate Chrome extension apparently will stop working next month but it has been dead for months now with no support at all apart from a copy paste message that resolves nothing for anyone. I have never seen a review where their support helped. They were happy to take our money until they sold out. Such a shame, they were an ok VPN. I'm now on the hunt for a new VPN, which will 100% not be CyberGhost with their outdated software which is not even available for my operating system! Absolutely shocking, currently awaiting a refund before I contact my bank for a chargeback for removing all services that I have paid for.
