This a great plugin for chrome but needs some UI improvements for usability. I love the download capabilities! No doubt, but when you simply want to use the Instagram volume controls and they are covered up by the Byond buttons, it makes the user experience FRUSTRATING! Every time I want to see a video with sound I must first open up Chrome settings, go to extensions and disable Byond. The only reason I have not removed the extension completely for this reason is because of the usefulness of the Instagram downloads. Please - Just inset your Byond buttons a little more toward the center of the frame, away from the standard Instagram controls... PRETTY PLEASE | |

I am loving the control of Byond. Being able to type from my desktop and choosing the shape of the photos has been a real plus. Only issue I have is thatI can't upload more than one photo at a time. | |

App is great when it works, but it is buggy and it often blocks the ability to access the volume on video posts. Also: That sidebar on every page when not using the app is unnecessary and deactivating it only makes the app even more buggy. UPDATE: App continues to be more buggy everyday. This may very well be Instagram or Chrome's fault, but at a certain point it doesn't matter—the app doesn't always perform as advertised or expected and that's that. | |

I can no longer post. I even changed my Instagram password. I tried logging in to post and I just keep going in a loop but it no longer works | |

it was okay but it's not working now for me..... I am unable to download any pic or video from instagram. Please fix it. I am using Chrome 87.0.4280.141. | |

As of latest update, the new placement of the Byond download and share buttons (specifically the share button) covers up the native sound on/off button on Instagram videos. It is impossible to enable the sound on a video, the large clickable area of the share button (bigger than the button itself) makes it open the Byond share interface every time. Please give us an option to get rid of this overlay on the image or video and go back to having the Byond buttons in Instagram's button row where you had them before, or just revert this change entirely. Until you do, this extension is not only useless (I can't share a video I haven't checked the audio on yet), but it actually prevents me from just using Instagram! This was one of my favorite extensions for my professional workflow (social media manager), but the latest update makes me wonder if the people who make this actually even use it, or who they're designing it for. If you can fix this, I will adjust my review to five stars. | |

Constant notifications from this annoying extension made me absolutely despise it. Could not find a way to turn them off. | |
