View your character sheet.
Resize your window so that you have two columns of boxes on the main view.
Click the D&D Beyond Print Enhancer button on your browser toolbar.
Open the print dialog (ctrl+p/cmd+p).
Print settings:

Color: Probably black and white.
Margins: minimum.
Scale: Default, unless you want to cram more on a page.
Headers and footers: deselect.
Background graphics: select.

Review the print preview.
Print!

Oh my god, this is everything I have been looking for, thank you so much For best results, disable dice rolling on the sheet, disable header/footer in the print settings, enable background graphics to include the character profile picture and damage types. You can also adjust the zoom to 95% on A4 paper to make the first screen fit nice and snug on the top page.
