I wqill be selling my cameras to a family member and switching to Lorex. As they have a desktop app, mobile app and higher features for monitoring. | |

It skips to random recordings when you're trying to watch a specific one, and also refreshes constantly when you're trying to scroll and find a certain time. I'm looking at other options. You should too. | |

I fear someone would be in my house before I got a notification. The camera quality is good, I love everything but the reliability of the playback and the notifications. | |

| 2022-08-04 | | | Interface is not at all intuitive, "emergency 911" button is in frame and looks like a pop up bubble that seniors want to click on. Not good. Activity zones either stopped being customizable or selections got burried. "Animal, person, vehicle" options seem to be gone. |
