While it's appreciated that they offer options for data correction, removal, or restriction of processing, the policy's mention of possible fees for additional copies of personal data is a letdown. As a user, I believe access to my own information should be straightforward and free of charge. This practice seems out of step with user-friendly data access rights and has definitely impacted my view of the extension. It's disheartening to see barriers being placed on something as fundamental as accessing one's own data |
