That both via changing the setting in the app and by adding the URL to the program shortcut. I'm essentially trying to replicate how Incognito works, but dislike the permanent dark gray look. I figured this plugin would do that, but it's really quirky. My homepage doesn't pull up about 1/2 the time. Other times, I'll notice the instances of Chrome are still running in the background after I close it. | |
