2024-04-21	Marjorie Jimenez	en	When it works, it's great but when it doesn't it's frustrating. I activate the prompt, do my shopping and then it will pop up again as if times out or something. I then have to reactivate it and then it will either do it again or this time it will stick thru the whole transaction. There's no way to see it activated so I'm pretty sure I've missed out on cash backs. I sometimes abandon it and go with another cash back option even if the percentage is less just because I know I will guarantee I will get it.

When this happens, I have to start my transaction over again. Other times, it doesn't pop up again and then I realize that it didn't go through. That's when I have to contact Customer Support.
2024-04-07	Rachel L	en	It is always touch and go with the extension when I shop online. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. I end up having to email customer service to get most of my purchases added. They have to be contacted several times before it is finally added. It is a very frustrating process overall.

What I wish would happen is that when you make the purchase, you can some sort of confirmation or pop up acknowledging the cash back in progress or something. Rakuten tells you "congratulations..." other than that..it's awesome!

2024-02-27	Beth Clemens	en	Fairly effective extension. Nice add-on to the Upromise family. Helps me remember to "activate" when shopping online. I missed / forgot much more often before the browser extension.

I have made several purchases, AFTER activating the reward, only to discover it didn't record my purchase and I missed getting my credit.

I do have difficultly with it staying active while shopping. It seems that going back and forth between a cart and a shopping page resets the activation, which is annoying.
