Joe Foran		 en Great product - when it works. I find myself constantly removing and reinstalling the Chrome extension. This happens on multiple computers across different OS. It isn't on my end, it is the Chrome extension that sucks. Also, support sucks - you put in a ticket and it takes DAYS to get a response. Um, hello - if I can't get at my passwords so I can pay my bills then I need support NOW
