How to use.

Go to the settings page and add some items.
When creating a pull request put a cursor into the appropriate field (Description or Reviewers)
Push any keyboard arrow (up, down, left, right) to open a pop-up with a list of suggestions.
Select some suggestion and get the field auto-filled.
