| 2024-09-21 |  | | en | I have had to repurchase this plugin YET again today, as well as spend over $300.00 for my tech to only tell me that the plugin has bad issues(bugs) and doesnt update or work.( he has set it up before for my other websites, that I got this plugin for) and not having this much of an issue. I have sent numerous emails and still to this day have not received any response back... Mind you this has been almost a year. I had also tried to recover the license and couldnt because the license was somehow blocked as well as my account .So i was forced to purchase it yet again. It seems as if nobody is in the office. If they cant correct this issue, they need to refund me my money and for the $300.00 for the plugin and tech. |
