Везде написано - установи расширение и смотри без рекламы. Поставил, на странице с новостями (общие плитки) - нет рекламы, НО!!!!!! Включаешь новость и там в любом видео сначала реклама, как и было. В чем смысл не понял, посмотреть на картинки с заголовками без рекламы - не достоверная реклама - удаляю.
