"feature designed to support our sustainability efforts and is not malware" LOL. How stupid do you think we are? Your extension has been bugging me for weeks and I had no idea it was your extension. I ran virus scans, Malwarebytes, and had to check chrome logs to finally find out what it was this extension causing the issues. Just because its "simple" to disable the ads does not mean that its EASY. If you have no idea which extension is causing the ads or how to turn it off - ITS NOT SIMPLE. Users should be asked to opt in to this "feature" (receive ads) or made aware that this extension is causing the ads. If your product cannot survive without forced ads then maybe you should add more REAL features that people would want to pay for. Not forcibly and secretively shove ads in our face in order to stay open. Uninstalled. |
