My credit card ws charged $3 unintentionally after i sign up. However, I get it that a business needs money to survive but not in this way. Before i signed up,i checked FQA and it says this website is 100% free,turns out it is not!!!!!! I really feel like this is kind of scam beacue on the sign up page doesn’t mention any fees that i have to pay.WHY????? Anyways, i emailed them about my concern and asked for refund. First,i was asked to give my name and last 4 digit number of my credit card. Then, they told me that they could not find my account, so i told them i actually deleted my account right away after my credit card got charged,because i am afraid that my credit card will be charged again since i read about all the review online after what happed to me. After all, they said they need full number of my credit card to give me my refund , definitely nononono!!!!!!!!!!! I guess i just gonna use $3 as a lesson, but I have to leave a review for people who don’t know. READ ALL THE REVIEWS ONLINE BEFORE YOU SIGN UP ANYTHINY!!!! |

Was charged $20 and tried to find out what it was for. I got referred to an answer page that wanted to charge me for getting an answer. I don't trust this. I don't like this style of customer service. It feels like I'm getting sucked in to a scam. |
