Zudem leidet die Software unter langen Ladezeiten, und das Speichern von Videos funktioniert nicht zuverlässig. Insgesamt wirkt das Produkt unausgereift und instabil, was die Benutzerfreundlichkeit stark beeinträchtigt. Eine deutliche Überarbeitung wäre notwendig, um TokMate zu einer verlässlichen und effizienten Lösung für internationale Nutzer zu machen. |

Not sure why by posting viral content from others in our own channel would make it viral especially when the tutorials indicate to use our own preferred tags... the tutorials are not very helpful only explaining the features but do not explain how we can make it viral on our channel. It is like downloading a viral content and post it on your own channel and hoping it will go viral also... UNLESS you upgrade, which might or might not be worth considering since the first purchase is already disappointing, not sure to upgrade...hope to hear what others think about it... for now I will give it a 2 star, as I am seriously considering a refund if after going through the tutorials for the 2nd time around and still not able to make good use from it. Also, it takes forever to preview your draft... :-(( Lastly, sent email to Luke - no reply after 2 days. Customer service not really answering to my questions, except to say that 'iin order to learn how to use the app effectively, you would have to upgrade to access the VIP training program... I feel scammed. Correct me if I am wrong to feel this way... |
