| 2024-11-15 |  | | en | I used to love this printer, but since the last update on Oct. 22/24, my printer has not worked. This is the second time this year that this has happened. The last time I reached out to Munbyn, I just got the generic response of uninstall, etc. No help whatsoever! I even tried reaching out to Google Support, and 2 weeks later it was finally fixed! Between Munbyn and Google, it took them a month to resolve this issue, and now we're dealing with it again. This is costing me time and money! I will never ever, buy another Munbyn product again. Is Munbyn even compatible with Google? Unless I missed it, I didn't see their name on the printer list. I even double checked the list under IPP Printers and Munbyn was not listed. Before the developer says to update to version 1.2.6, I already have it with no luck, and yes I uninstalled and reinstalled the extension. Instead of telling us to e-mail you at [email protected], why don't you reach out to Google Support or one of their developers and troubleshoot the problem with them? Clearly there is a programming error that needs to be fixed. I use this printer with my Google Chromebook. |

For those struggling, the only option I'm finding is saving labels as PDF to my shared drive with my phone (Google) and printing with the Bluetooth option/ Munbyn app. |

I added it as a Chrome extension and it pairs well with Shopify. It was not intuitive for me working with Chrome extensions but the video really helped. And the print was quick and sharp. |

For how expensive this printer was compared to other brands I will never buy another munbyn and I will advise others to not do it. the email they give you on here is a scam email and does not work. DO NOT BUY THESE PRINTERS!!!! update! flash label extension worked. so silly they need to just add that extension on their website to make it work properly |
