The service is full of bugs, crashes constantly, and the so-called “AI assistance” is laughable at best. They lure you in with false promises of efficiency and automation, but it does nothing but confuse you further. Support is non-existent, and they don’t seem to care about their customers at all. Stay away from this overpriced mess! I honestly feel scammed. |

| 2025-01-08 |  | | en | I had high hopes for Sensei AI, but unfortunately, this product is an absolute disaster. The interface is clunky, slow, and unresponsive. Every time I try to interact with it, I feel like I'm dealing with a beta version that was rushed to release without any proper testing. The AI itself is barely functional, giving vague, incomplete, and often completely wrong responses. It's as if it doesn't understand basic context or common sense. Customer service is a joke — they took days to reply to my inquiries and their responses were unhelpful. I wouldn't recommend Sensei AI to anyone unless you enjoy wasting time and money. I highly recommend Verve AI for Cracking Interviews |
