I manage Sales enablement at my organization. Luru is nothing like I’ve seen before in the Sales tech stack. We use different CRMs for different processes and products. Luru basically makes updating Salesforce and Hubspot CRMs super easy for internal teams in Sales and Marketing. We had this problem of data sanity in CRM with more than half of the fields left empty. I understand it takes time but this data is critical. Luru not only solves for us the data problem but also saves up to 1 hour per Sales rep every day! Myself and the team have been using Luru inside Zoom and Google Meet customer calls for 2 months. Super easy to ask customers predefined questions based on the CRM stages. Super super easy to update CRM notes and fields right within the customer call screens. Their recent Sidekick feature is game changing. Just when I thought we hit the end point, it’s getting even better because I can technically open a CRM on any web page! Overall been a great journey..

All the notes will easily synch with CRM seamlessly and update record fields on your CRM. I loved creating own template and overall it help to be more productive. I strongly recommend to all the Sales and customer facing team must have this tool.
