en | Does not properly track transactions, even with the extension installed. The extension goes green when I click thru on it, so I thought my transactions were tracking properly, I logged in today and noticed my balance was very low considering all the shopping I am doing online. I checked my click history and noticed a bunch of 'clicked' links only, no transaction approval. I had to do a bunch of claims on missed cashbacks. However, they ONLY allow you to claim missed transactions within 30 days, so I couldn't claim on a lot of items the extension missed even though it was their extension that was glitchy. I have no adblockers or tracking blockers, so It seems arbitrary what the extension counts as a transaction. What's the point of this extension? It's barely better than not having one at all. Not only that, when you log in to your Shopback account, it shows total money of all time on the login screen-- even if you have cashed out previously. So it it constantly says I have a ton of money in the account when I don't. It should really show your available balance only. Instead they show lifetime balance like somehow showing the total money you've accumulated is supposed to remind you their service is good? It doesn't. It's annoying. There are better cashback browsers extensions than this; use those instead. Lastly, the reviews here seem sus. "Wow so cool!" and "Love it! Extra money" Is not a good review. Try harder. |
