I've been using it for multiple transactions this year but the cashback is never tracked. I'll need to manually file a missing cashback claim after every transaction. One of the claims was on a $200 transaction and was even rejected despite the extension being active at the time of purchase |

I used this for about fours years sporadically and just went to check out my sweet balance, low and behold it is $0 after a dozen uses. I should have $100s in cashback. I didn't know I had to religiously check each transaction was recorded and make a dispute for each one. Activating the extension and clicking through the portal is not enough - all that and not a cent credited to me. |

雖然可以拿回饋很不錯，但是有些情況下瀏覽網站會被程式擋住無法讓滑鼠正常點擊連結，本來以為是網站有防複製的功能。後來將ShopBack關掉就正常了。只好自己把ShopBack設成特定網站才有權限，但是這樣又常常跳出來要我開所有權限的提示，煩死人了！要人家開所有權限又有這種奇怪的BUG，修一修好不好? |

Offered card on Shopback, but can't use it with EG Ampol Servos. This looks very much like a scam. You can get the Ampol Fuel Card, but can't use it with EG Ampol servos; and yet you cannot find a non-EG Ampol servos in Doncaster area. Googling for a non-EG Ampol station is unbelievably hard. |

it stopped activating on Chrome. I have removed it twice and cleared Cache and reinstalled it yet still does not activate on Chrome. I have t now use FireFox for it to work and active this extension. I have contacted support and they could not help. |
