Then all of a sudden my purchases stopped being tracked. So, I had to start submitting a missing cashback claim. That was okay. And, then again, all of a sudden I am now unable to submit a missing claim because nothing happens. It just sits there not submitting. I've tried to get help from customer service but it takes them about five days to get back to me with another question about the problem which I answer and provide evidence of, and then another five days to get another response, without resolving the issue. |
