I am still checking this out but here are some of the pros I have found
Multiple address set up and will put map and street view just select which one with star
all contacts show on map
Can select contacts with tags for example and will show all of them on a map useful if you are going to visit several
has awesome social media
has built in dialer
has goals and activity tracking
descent contact picture
has leads and contacts
The Ui is pretty clean and not allot of stuff that you dont need compared to others like Nimble
I am in Real Estate
and the combination of price and features I still have not found better
