2024-12-16 | d nas | en | Their site is down and the extension no longer seems to work.
2024-04-03 | Charlene Nahashon | en | It spins and spins and nothing works. No bids. Only shows what I am bidding. And Customer Service is, not there to help. I hope I am not charged the $29.99 because I am not happy with this app at all. Does anyone here know how to reach customer service at all? Can't cancel the app..........
2023-12-26 | Amy Rosier | en | Nothing works on DealDash! No customer service! I can't get the Bid-Ninja 'Free Forever Extension' to work. The auction tracker just spins when I click on the DealDash link. Its Bid Buddy just spins when I try to log-in there, and there's no way to stop it / close the Bid Buddy module except reloading the webpage. The Analytics area only has two columns that are not 'locked' and the "Time Since Last Bid" column shows several minutes (like '18m 6s') even when said bid was placed seconds ago. I have opened a support ticket twice. I get an automated response saying "tickets submitted during our business hours (Mon-Fri, 8am - 6pm ET) will normally be answered within two hours", then NOTHING for weeks. I also don't like that there is no free trial for the paid version. Even with the $1 trial, they then have one's credit card info. Judging by their free program - they are an untrustworthy company! Saddest waste of time on the net!

2017-03-28 | Brad Sullivan | After spending roughly 4 days or say getting the "lay of the land" on Dealdash, a friend recommended that I give this software a shot. Was able to win my very first auction using it! Whether or not that was exclusively because of the software is debatable, but I will say that I wouldn't ever bid on another auction without Bid-Ninja, so take that for what it's worth.

2016-12-19 | Tyler Mcelroy | Keeps telling me i dont have an account. Tried over and over and reset password. Looks cool but I'm not paying $10 if I can't even log in to get an idea of how beneficial it would be.
