Worked great until recently... Now the audio doesn't switch automatically to the browser tab being viewed. It still cuts all audio out on all but one tab, but it's hard to control which tab audio plays now.

I like this but with Chrome ver 91 it doesn't work automatically. I have to click on the extension icon to get to the tab I want to hear. Hope you can fix this... Thanks
2020-08-20 Brandon Lanier The other reviews have it pegged. It works wonderfully from the first moment of installation.
2020-07-28 James Musil Just the feature I need for monitoring multiple streams during Sunday morning service. I haven't used it for long, but I think it has great potential.

Since google just removed audio focus enforcement, I tried this and it sorta works. It mutes the other audio instead of pausing it, which i guess makes sense given the name, but if the audio is not playing, it doesn't need to play at all taking up internet data. Ideally, this would be an option to toggle.
2020-03-21 Bonnie Smith Magnificent!! Brilliant!! This app is perfect for when you don't know which annoying tab is playing, and you want to shut it off fast! It is so easy & quick. When you click on the icon, you get a small popup which shows what's playing. Just click the pause button and Silence!! It takes 2-3 seconds. It also lets you go right to that tab if you want, but you can silence it right in the popup. The BEST thing is that this app finds the playing tab no matter what window it's in, if you have multiple windows open.

really good on Microsoft Edge
2019-09-24 Christopher Pitcher I have been looking for this option in Chrome for so long and finally I have something that works. It gives you the ability to open multiple tabs but only hear sound from the one with focus. Note that chrome itself requires apps be set to enabled for incognito mode. As a bonus, if you drag and separate a tab from the main tab group it operates independently - so you can still stream music in one tab and be jumping between tabs in separate group.
