If you're not using video in your business, you need to. The ability to build trust through transparent and vulnerable communication like video, is unmatched by text based communication. I would argue that video can have a better impact than face to face in some applications. Face to face (or voice to voice) requires the other party to also open up (hence the sharp decline in answer rates these days) whereas video allows YOU to be the first one to open up and be vulnerable by putting yourself on camera. Dubb is a platform that has a few big competitors, but Dubb's platform is so far superior to others that it isn't even a comparison really. Not to mention their incredible customer service and support with on-going trainings available...incredible. I would recommend Dubb for...literally any person in any industry, if your job involves communicating with anyone at all. |
