To use ExplainDev:

Create an account (default: free)
Browse as normal; but when you see code on a website, use the explain button to get explanations and ask questions.

I work a lot with AI and especially OpenAI, but still is this a tool that is a game-changer. Easy in use, very clear and able to disclosure real complex code. I would suggest everybody to go get this product!
