I paid for the Pro plan expecting full access to the features I needed, but my account still shows as a free user with all the limitations that implies. I’ve reached out to support multiple times, and all I get are canned, automated responses that solve nothing. It’s frustrating, unprofessional, and a complete waste of my time and money. If you value your time, your patience, and your wallet, steer clear. This is hands-down one of the worst purchasing experiences I’ve ever had. |

I'm doing a lot of theme editing and I don't know the first thing about CSS code so I bought the $30/Year plan as I would rather pay $30 than spend months learning how to code. But there are a few things that I couldn't seem to figure out. One was editing the actual text of an element. I could change the color, font, everything but the actual text. Also the side bar on the left seems to be stuck in its place which was kind of annoying, unless I hit the hide button. But other than that its a solid tool with lots of potential. |

I don't think I ever reached the supposed 100 free monthly edits, but without paying, it doesn't allow me to do anything now. It's $30 for a year, which isn't the worst, but the free experience claiming 100 edits seems extremely dubious at best. |
