Their add-on fail to connect to a standard azure DB with correct IP's white listed and their primary tip for making it work is using the app instead. (sounds fishy right?) I tried their "desktop" app which is just a html wrapper with terrible interface. Using this app to try to connect to the azure DB gives a cryptic error message saying that i need to turn on encryption in the apps config section which there is none so I could not manage to establish a connection. I also found different documentation that says different opposing things, this include it's price plan so if you plan to use this product expect hidden costs... I expect the only purpose of this product is to sell my email and try to gain access to my google account |

You can write SQL in the add-on without leaving Google Sheets so you can see both the query and result in one place. It also lets you automate reports, which is saving me from having to run the queries myself. |
