Wonderful product. Excellent customer service. The thing to use if you are a heavyweight reseller on Poshmark!! Easy to use , Add an extension to your computer it is as easy as that!! | |

The only issue we are having is that periodically the app ignores the 'How do you want share?' dialog. When this happens Chrome seems to time out. I can't remember what we did to fix it last time. Help?! | |

Customer service is nonexistent. I have emailed Closet Betty multiple times with no response. I entered my credit card info thinking I was getting a three day free trial. However, my bank card was charged $29.99 immediately. I wasn't even given a chance to try it out for the three day free trial as promised. I am writing this review hoping that someone from support will respond to my concern. I can't even find where to cancel my subscription. If you are thinking about trying Closet Betty-DON'T!! My experience is they are quick to take your money, but will never respond to your concerns. Judging from the other negative reviews, Closet Betty developers/administrators should be worried from a legal standpoint if they continue to fail to address these serious concerns in a timely manner. | |

Absolutely horrible. I was able to get it to work once after about 2 hours of logging in over and over again. Never worked again. This bot is trash, don't waste your time. Closet mate is a better price and much more user friendly. I couldn't get this to work from my phone at all. 0 stars if it was an option. | |
