2024-08-06 | Stanley Johnson | en | I have been using this software for almost 3 years. I can truly say it is the best business management software I have seen in the marketplace thus far. I am not sure what others are experiencing but, this is by far a comprehensive software that is accessible, adaptable, and advance that can help any small business with workflows, automations, and customer management tools that can rival any software in the marketplace. I am not a paid reviewer, I use this software day in and day out and I know it works. A small business looking at this software as a means of managing their business should really take advantage of all the video tutorials and articles available on the platform. Honeybook has worked out all of nuances and kinks for you. And if you put in the work, Honeybook's business management power will be unleashed and they will begin to see the value of this software because their business will begin to grow.

2024-01-26 | Stephani Halderman | en | This is really helpful for me to get quick access to files when looking at a client's email. One thing I'd love is to be able to see lead form messages and reply to them right from my Gmail instead of having to jump through a bunch of steps on the site. For those who can't log in due to using Google login, do this: Log out of your HB account, go to the login screen, and click Forgot Password. Put in your email, and you'll get a link to reset your password. Click that & make a password. You can now use your email & that password to sign in via the Gmail extension.
2023-12-22 | Abby Gavino | en | Other platforms allow you to associate the email with a project so it shows up in Honeybooks under the project or contact. Hubspot's extension is a perfect example of what this SHOULD be. |
