| 2023-05-13 |  | | Excellent app and overall very easy to use. My one major issue is that there's no way to collapse all your topics for a project without manually doing so one-by-one. This is especially annoying with when using the popup sidebar since there's no way to have the program auto-scroll down to a specific topic on your list. I want some kind of "expand/collapse all" command. Also, if you HAVE collapsed some topics and left others expanded for some specific reason, but then load a new tab and bring the sidebar up again, it will still show all of the topics fully expanded. I will happily change my rating to 5 stars once this has been addressed | |

The interface is difficult to understand and even glitches out and forces you to redo stuff. If it was not required for my class I would have already deleted it. When this class is done it goes bye-bye. | |

Primarily, it can create quarrelsome interactions such as deselecting highlighted text in form fields (as one might to change/modify search terms in complex queries of academic databases). I found these bugs also prevent you from using search -- period -- on services such as Factiva. Due to these incompatibility issues with some essential services, I can't recommend this plugin. I've emailed the developer to let them know, and they were prompt to respond. Regardless, once these issues get ironed out -- especially the ones which break basic browser usability -- it'll definitely be an A+ service. | |
