Doesn't work, first page I tried it on refused to load as long as the extension was enabled.

does it's job, but slows down the browser to the point that some pages freeze after being loaded for a few seconds

iirc (if I recall correctly), I heard about this extension through TikTok or YouTube during quarantine and decided to give it a try since I was struggling with some dysphoria at the time, and it actually ended up helping me out a lot.
The extension replaced all mentions of my deadname with my preferred name on literally EVERY webpage, so it ultimately helped me to feel a lot less anxious/worried about being "jumpscared" by my deadname while doing zoom classes or visiting other sites.
It pretty much worked like how people advertised it.
I don't really use this extension anymore since it's become a lot easier to handle situations where I see my deadname, so I don't necessarily need it, but this is honestly one of the most helpful extensions I've ever used; I'd definitely recommend this to others!!!
(Also: I kind of wondered why it wasn't possible to set/change multiple names, but I kind of figured out you technically can through the middle and last name boxes.)
