Quickly show your boss that it's probably the user's own fault or something the sysadmin screwed up. Or maybe it's cache. It's always cache.
This was inspired by Coding Horror's brilliant idea (https://blog.codinghorror.com/the-works-on-my-machine-certification-program/) and it uses the same graphics (everything used here is licensed under Creative Commons).
