I JUST SIGN UP FOR THIS CLASS 1/25/2021 AND I AM TRYING TO USE THE SOFWARE AND IS NOT EVEN DOING ANYTHINHG. I REMOVED FROM CHROM EXTENTION AND INSTLL IT AGAIN STILL NOT DOING ANYTHING. HELIUM IS WORKING JUST FINE AND I AM NOT EVEN SIGN UP THROUGH THEM YET AND I AM ABLE TO FIND PRODUCTS. SORRY FOR THE 1 START RIGHT NOW BECASUE NO ONE ABLE TO HELP ME AT THIS TIME. I EVEN REACH OUT WHAT THEY CALLED FAST TRACK AND I TALKED TO 2 PEPLE SO FAR AND ALL THEY CAN SAY IS TAKE A SNOPSHOT .. I FEEL LIKE THER'S NO OTHER WAY HOW TO FIX IT. I AM FEELING VERY UNHAPPY RIGHT NOW BECAUSE ITS HOLDING ME UP TO WHERE I NEED TO BE IN THIS CLASS.... PLEASE ITS ANYWAY FOR ANYONE TO EXPLAIN IT TO ME WHY I AM NOT ABLE TO DOWNLOAD IT.
