en | I use this button regularly for shopping at a particular site I use almost daily but the activation button will occasionally fade away on its own once I'm on the site before I'm able to activate the offer. This is really frustrating. I made a large purchase recently that didn't get tracked by Alaska but the next day I made another purchase on the same site (from the same computer, using the same button, most updated version of Chrome, updated iOS, etc) and it worked. As the process usually goes, I was notified by email that my order has been tracked for the miles. When I asked customer service at Alaska why I wasn't notified that the previous purchase was being tracked I was told I couldn't bring the matter up until at least 10 days had passed. This is bullocks. |

en | I have MVP Gold status and am generally the biggest cheerleader and evangelist for Alaska. However, this plugin rarely if ever works properly. It pops up on eligible sites but gets stuck when trying to activate offers. The progress bar indicator just stops... Looks like I'm not the only person experiencing this issue, based on other comments. I'm using the latest version of Google Chrome on a Macbook Pro. |
