en Google seem to have really messed up their Dev Tools stock dark mode in v123.0.6312.58, (a recent release from a day or two ago for my O/S) which now sports a lurid blue ribbon bar at the top. If you're emulating a mobile device, the area around the device view is also a distracting lurid blue. Previously everything was a nice muted black. So, I tried a few color extensions including this one, with varied success. Some were able to get rid of the distracting and relatively bright blue, but turned the Computed dimensions display boxes into very bright colors with unreadable values. This extension thankfully doesn't do that, and does remove a little more blue than Google's stock Dark mode, so is the best I've tried, and thus the best I can recommend for now until the various color extensions are updated to handle this new situation. With this extension, there is still quite a distracting blue in both the Device area background, and the menu bar at the top that's to the right of the Device panel. (This extension does fix the blue menu bar above the Device panel though.) No doubt this is all due to Google deciding to make what was previously black blue, so the extension hasn't need to touch those colors that are now blue until now. Fingers crossed that there'll be an update to this extension soon to reintroduce a black background to replace the horrendous blue, and I'll be sticking with this one for now. Also, my thanks to Maurice for putting this together.
