So simple, but you folks didn't make it for me. It's an ok app for limited use. Not worth $10 a month for my 1 fax per year. Don't like how you get all my information from both my Google Drive account and worse, my One Drive / One Note account. That's a lot of information some requiring security that you've got. I just hope you are honest and forthright about securing my data. |

A week and a half ago, it became impossible to enter the "Faxes" portal to check on incoming faxes or to send one. I complained once, twice, three, four times and all I got in return was, "We are sorry for the inconvenience." So this is what you call a business fax service? It's horrible. |
