en Please update to use the chrome extension best practices to avoid delisting ( there is a warning when we add the extension ). It is a great tool that I have got used to and don't wanna switch to another app.

en Elegant UI and UX and a great platform in general. Omnivore is open source, fully featured, and plans to offer self hosting. I've fully replaced Pocket with Omnivore. However, the permissions required by this extension are too broad, posing a privacy and security risk no matter how trustworthy the developer is. Other save-for-later extensions (e.g. Save to Pocket - Privacy Edition) do not require the "Allow this extension to read and change all your data on websites you visit" permission. Instead, the aforementioned example works more like a bookmarklet within an extension, only requiring permissions for notifications and site access only to the bookmarking service's site.

en Compared to Evernote's extension this thing is a Ferrari. When you click the button, the page saves, then a hover pop-up comes up and if you click it, you can add tags or read it in a new tab. Which means no messing around with clunky interfaces when you just want to save a page quick. You can highlight in the reading mode as well.
