It helps me assess who is worth following because if your top post is “Mac or PC?” I’m not following 😂 The customer service is also 10/10 because there’s a built in feedback feature that goes directly to the founder. And he is amazing at both the speed he responds and the speed he ships. |

Nguyen the need to update the description. If you use 'X (Twitter)' to describe it without mentioning the importance of having the correct URL or the option to use the platform through X.com or twitter.com (this was news to me tbh), you might end up with many frustrated users leaving negative reviews when they find the add-on isn't functioning. Honestly, if I hadn't seen that reply you provided, I wouldn't have known about it. Additionally, after adding it to Brave (I was on X.com), to activate/use it I had to refresh the page; some users expect it to work immediately like other add-ons. There's no harm in mentioning that as well. |
