| 2024-06-28 |  | | en | Overall It is a good tool to have if you are a reseller or running a business on PM. The auto Shares feature alone helps grow my following significantly! I will say that I wish there was a "save" button on all pages so you don't have to go back in daily/ any time the closet tools bot/ extension crashes to readjust your auto discounts via price range. There are days when I won't see the bot offer any discounts and other days I will see discounts on items I am not wanting to offer any discount on. It is super frustrating! I will aslo mention that the "share to party" feature, even if set on auto, will not work. you have to manually go in and hit "share to party." So keep that in mind. While I do appreciate the idea of closet tools ( I'm using this via Chrome extension per recommendations), I feel that for $30/ month, I should have all the features work. TL;DR, make the settings on closet tools saveable - one and done, and fix auto party shares. Thank you. |

It's a no brainer, try to do the work alone or Pay a low monthly/ yearly fee and have the help of what feels like 30+ assistants (our opinion but there's no way we are alone). . Full time Reseller here, and I couldn't thank you enough for consistently evolving and staying abreast to the many changes Posh has had over the years. Thank you Jordan for not only updating often but for also updating with relevant features that Sellers need and use. I know I should have paid the yearly fee by now but I never do and always pout when my monthly subscription ends. Its like night and day having closet tools vs not. Incomparable. I've cheated over the years and have tried other tools and software but NOTHING GETS THE JOB DONE LIKE CLOSET TOOLS. Period! Wishing you all the best as usual and I look forward to what's to come 💜 |

I'm also in Canada and not getting any response from Jordan. Today it seems to have disappeared from my screen on Poshmark. Its also been about 3 weeks this problem has been happening as I waste time and money on this. What's going on? |

It's about $42CAD for us north of the US. However the app stopped working completely 3 weeks ago unable to solve CAPTCHAs. I tried everything to fix it before reaching out via e-mail and message app to Jordan in early Dec. Last reply was 10 days ago on Dec.5, with absolutely no fix to the issue. I feel ghosted and out of $42. As a business owner myself, this is not how I would ever treat a long term customer. |
