I have to open an incognito window 50% of the time because the website via Chrome browser will not open, just spins. We also paid for this and it is a headache. Lagging in the web browser is a real issue as well. When you finally get the website to open and launch a site the login and password may or may not autofill, even though settings are set to open and autofill from launch. Needs some tweaks and improvements in reliability and functionality for sure. Using version 16.11.3.0 |

| 2024-12-18 |  | | en | I use 1Password but need to use Keeper for work. It's terrible. It lags when a page opens, so often you start typing a password and it inserts in the middle of your typing. I'd rather it not lag, but it would also be nice if it either didn't autofill if you're already typing OR cleared and pasted instead of inserting the password with the text you've entered which is, of course, guaranteed to be wrong. With other password keepers I also don't need to hover over the input to get the icon to appear followed by a menu you need to select to fill from. I can type half my password by the time I do all that, but because of the first issue, I usually sit there a moment before I do any of this, so overall, Keeper is the worst password experience in my day. |
