2023-05-31	Steve Lewis	I have been using this for years but I am so sick and tired of having to delete it and reinstall it because it logs me out every time I close the browser. If I had a dime for every time I have had to do this I would be quite wealthy.
2023-05-24	TonyP Muzic	Used to be great but lately the extension and the app have availability issues at least once a month. I just now had to uninstall and reinstall the extension on Chrome. I've used this tool for about 4 years now and up until about 8 months ago, it was 100 up. Now it's a problem once every few weeks to where i do not have access to my passwords, fearing i've been hacked. It's great when it works.

The admin features on the business side of Keeper make it easy for onboarding / offboarding staff. The application works well, and Keeper is robust in their feature offerings. If I had one complaint it would be the Keeper app on an Apple Watch. Sometimes you won't always get the verification push notification, and using the Keeper MFA code that Keeper DNA supplies has never worked. Other than that, it's been a solid product!

2023-03-30	Mindaugas Ūba	The Chrome integration is useless as it does not show up. I have to disable and then enable the extension for it to work again, which I have to do many times a day. Therefore, it makes more sense to just not use it. Don't waste your time.

2023-03-22	Dana Arnold	It's great until..... I tried logging in and the 2FA codes were coming 5-10 minutes later.... By that time the code was expired. I tried this for about 45 minutes, while chatting with customer service. The customer service was zero help on this issue. Considering cancelling it b/c if I have to reach to customer service each time I want to log in that's such an unnecessary and frustrating extra step.

2023-03-18	Thomas Hodges	This is a replacement I found for LastPass, after it was repeatedly compromised. I can't say it's quite as smooth as LastPass, but it's the best replacement you'll find. There are little details, like when you sign in on the browser extension, you can't just sign in and be done, you have to wait for the new tab to load and then close it. This is not as popular as other password managers, but it's my recommendation. Also, I like that the master password doesn't have to be 20 chars long. I use 2fa anyway, so I'm happy with the shorter Master password.

It was with quite some reticence that I accepted I needed such an app. But with 40 passwords, count soaring, I had no real alternative. Keeper was recommended to me by a friend, and I have not regretted my choice, ever. Installation is a walk in the park, whether on my Mac, on my iPhone or on both corporate or personal browsers. I can selective set 2FA for each device depending on its vulnerability. I can store sensitive files. Adding, editing, updating or removing passwords is easy and intuitive. Autofill and Password Reset Helper work like a charm. Keeper has all I need and probably more.

2023-03-12	Lee Moreau	Definitely not renewing after my year is up. This service is so buggy and annoying. You click the box to say don't ask me for MFA or to log in for 30 days, or ever on this device. Very next day "please log into Keeper." You can't close Chrome and reopen it without having to log in with your master password. I contact support and they say "oh you just need to click to remember you for 30 days it's simple!" Yeah whatever. Even the Keeper desktop program, it says when you launch it that it works offline, yet I do Touch ID and then it goes "Error no internet connection cannot authenticate with Keeper". Just stick to using Google Chrome for password management as it's free and built in.

I want to sob in the corner of my office weeping and wailing with nashing of teeth. I'm about to rend my garments, build a flag out of them and protest outside. God just messaged me and tell you guys really need to only display that prompt once per site in a lifetime. Or disable it as an option. Thanks...
2023-03-03	Dino Rakipović	You introduced very annoying issue that will make me uninstall the app if it is not fixed soon. After my laptop goes to sleep and I return to it, Keeper extension is not working, it just shows Keeper logo and I can click on it and see a version, nothing else. To make it work I have to kill chrome and start it again. It is very very annoying. Hopefully you fix it soon.
