How to install Google Full Image Opener from a CRX file

Type in chrome://restart in the URL bar to restart the browser for the changes to take effect.

When prompted, click Add extension to install Google Full Image Opener.

Download and unpack the Google Full Image Opener ZIP file to a directory of your choice.

Click on the Load Unpacked button.
