After logged in SMIT or extension. The extension will show up new screen a. If Facebook Ads Manager Tab is active it will show account name and button to save that account token to SMIT system b. If Facebook Ads Manager Tab is not active it will show a text require to open chrome Tab of Facebook Ads Manager
After Save success extension will show the process success or not by text
