In the URL bar, go to chrome://extensions
Enable Developer mode
Drag and drop the downloaded SmartSearch Page Capture CRX file into the Extensions page
When prompted, click Add extension to install SmartSearch Page Capture.

In Chrome browser, go to chrome://extensions
