With ClipFlip, I send them a screen recording showing I understand what they've been experiencing and show them the solution! Even the least tech savvy customer can click the link and follow along. My customers told me they really enjoy seeing a face behind the support team so they know they're not just getting canned emails from an AI robot. Plus, shoutout for having NO ADS! |
