| 2023-11-27 |  | | en | Worked for a couple of years and then deleted all of the bookmarks that is should have been syncing. Attempted to get support - never got ANY. Then tried to start from scratch again - but could only get it running on 4 machines - all others say pending. Again opened another ticket - weeks later still no response. If you go with it you basically need to assume that there is no support. I had paid for my version so expected some type of response. |

At first it was excellent oo once I got my head around the protocols of using only one login per device which forced me to change how I use my devices, but I lived with that. Now? I discover bookmarks disappear mysteriously. I lost a whole chunk of critically essential bookmarks created in another country (family stuff) and to find them again on Google when I'm back home in another country specific, not easy. But WAIT! THERE IS MORE. The damn thing does not sync effectively hence the reason above. I've discovered the last sync UPWARDS after a lot of work resorting my bookmarks, was way back in OCTOBER!!! SIX wekks ago. I cannot force an upload but I can do a manual download - of a SIX WEEK OLD DB??? I'm outta here. This is why I wait and explore before I rush in to hand over a penny for "premium". | |
