this is a very good extension, but Google doesn't like it, so here's what you need to do, since it hasn't been removed or even properly blocked First, right click the add to chrome button (or whatever is replacing it), then click Inspect Next, click the highlighted "div" section and then search for "disabled" Once you get here, double click the word and write "enabled" in its place This will enable the ability to download the extension until you refresh the page. If you already have this extension you may go to Extensions -> Google removed extensions area -> Sexy undo ->3 dots-> "Keep" and then turn the extension ON as it is OFF by default

"Sexy Undo Close Tab" works somewhat, but only for tabs opened after installing the extension. It doesn't use the browser's history and the scroll position isn't retained on reopened tabs.
