While the app worked fine initially, I encountered issues when I tried to export my reviews. Their support team told me that exporting was only available for 'real reviews,' despite my reviews being genuine. This contradicts their own website's information, which states that customer-written reviews can be exported with their assistance. If this practice violates Shopify's policies, then why are they still operational? I've since found more reliable alternatives.
