This will NEVER get corrected unless you find away to direct complaints/suggestions to the parent airline, also request the missing points and additional compensation since this is a marketing promotion hosted by United or American or ???? The additional compensation will be tough if you don't have status with that airline, but it has been done. This is the only thing that will get their attention and force Cartera to deliver what they advertise, or back out of the business they don't seem able to keep up with. These issues have gone on for years. Well Cartera, are you happy you asked for a review????? |
