en | I’ve been in IT since 1970 (BS-CSC, MSEE-Digital) with an AI course in 1972 (NCSU). Even in retirement, I’m always on the lookout for the best productivity apps/software. Also intensely intellectually curious. Your implementation of AI towards the analysis of web pages and videos is THE BEST EVER. Really, no hyperbolism whatsoever. This is something I use multiple times a day, to my delight. (Perhaps even to the detriment of my own “productivity.” But what’s the sense of being productive when fully retired?) I not only get a quick synopsis of the material, but you also deliver links to better content and, finally, links to books which have been professionally made short in the master library, itself constantly expanding. The combined availability of ShortForm BOOKS with this extension is SUPER SUPER VALUABLE...I'd pay more for both. As a matter of fact, I'd pay $1000 for a lifetime subscription as long as this extension was guaranteed. |

For any webpage, it provides a high quality 1) summary 2) context 3) counterarguments 4) additional info links. For YouTube videos, the summary lines are timestamped. Suggestion for improvement: would be amazing if it can also summarize any embedded video (not just YouTube) in a webpage. |

Highly useful extension! Great for summarizing long reddit threads, and also (surprisingly) good for translating foreign Telegram Web channels (Telegram overrides the context menu in Chrome so its native translation doesn't work). BTW, the quality of the book summaries provided by the app is outstanding; far, far better than competing service Headway, for instance. | |

This is a really good extension and gives decent summaries. It's not quite working for me at the moment, so will reinstall it. I like the counter arguments and summaries. The feature I'd really like to have is to be able to save and sort summaries in our Shortform accounts for convenience, rather than having to copy/paste into a separate app. That one feature would take it up to a five for me. |
