2022-07-10 | Gerard O'Neill | This extension simply does not work. If I try to use any of the bangs (e.g. !yt or !w), I just see search results. I've tried this on Google, on StartPage, and in the address bar. It seems that if I omit the search term, it takes me to the home page of the respective website, but this is not very useful.
2022-01-24 | Alexandre C | I am currently not able to use bangs on startpage. If I open up google.com and then write a bang such as "!wiki test", then it works, just not startpage, or the omnibar with startpage as the default search. I have a suspicion that this is a matter of permissions, since I didn't find "startpage.*" listed in the domains permitted for the extension to read. I unfortunately could not find a way to add a permission myself though, to test the hypothesis. Any chance this could be patched? I really appreciate the extension existing!
