2023-05-31	Jen Emmerton	The extension no longer works, just like what everyone else said recently too. Chrome states "The extension failed to load properly. It might not be able to intercept network requests." upon repeated re-loading this doesn't change.

Воспользоваться оплаченным сервисом возможно только скачав сторонюю программу - Open VPN, однако это абсурд - всё удобство пропадает. - там нет исключений, надо постоянно выключать для работы российских сервисов. Также в режиме "сна" впн-подключение неактивно - я не могу своевременно получать уведомления в Инстаграм, например При этом инструкция по обходному решению Open VPN доступна на сайте SurfShark только при установлении VPN соединения. Страница поддержки на сайте SurfShark - аналогично, доступна только при установлении VPN-соединения. Днище. Хуже отношения к клиенту не встречал. Не рекомендую.

2023-05-25	北条秋	元々ちゃんと使えていたのに唐突に使えなくなった。これを起動したままウェブサイトを開くとIDとパスワードを要求してくるのだが SurfsharkのIDとパスワードを入れてもエラーを吐くだけで何もできない。なので常時オフor削除が無難かな。元々Windows版のSurfsharkの方が一部のサイトを開けなくなるという問題があったので Chrome拡張機能版を使っていたのだが、本格的にVPN乗り換えるべきか思案中・・・

I just don't get it why other people having so much issue with it even the browser extension works as expected.

2023-05-22	Sakheli Gvari	My account got BLOCKED ⛔ thanks to this extension, it appeared they are monitoring you, reading absolutely everything you are visiting or reading while using this extension. Surfshark support team did nothing, they just answered with a dry general template message, like "you violated fair policy". I had 1 year left!!!!!!!! I'm gonna report this app in every single store to make it remove, it's UNSAFE, guys, just avoid it, don't believe their "No Logs" policy, they read absolutely everything you're doing. if you care about your privacy uninstall it.
2023-05-06	Арсений Комлев	Всё работает, и VPN в целом, и даже расширение не сломано, но чтобы подключиться из него, нужно сначала подключиться из ПРИЛОЖЕНИЯ под Windows. Оно есть(да, другие комментаторы, никто вас не кидал) и вполне неплохо работает. В целом, это обстоятельство делает расширение бесполезным, но блокировка рекламы и надоедливых оповещений о cookie-файлах вполне полезны, за что расширение получает четвёрочку.

Now I am stuck with them because I can't change the provider yet as I already have 2 years subscription plan with them. On top of that dedicated IP is too expensive even though you are a premium customer.

2023-04-21	Szacsesz	I don't know if part of those bad reviews exist because the network connection is different in other countries, or because of user error, but there are clearly a lot of malicious reviews as well. It's an easy to use VPN service. The connecting speed and the connection is fast (naturally it depends on the server too) and it does what it should. I've used the extensions with Firefox, Chrome, Brave browsers and the desktop program without any problem in the span of 3 years now. The customer service is fast to react (even on Sunday, which happened in my case) and quite helpful as long as you do not ask for something stupid so read their policy first since you already accepted it by using it (referring to that comment regarding the refund). The only problem that I found with this specific extension, is that is it shouldn't lock your log in if you miss the pasword only 2 times, but I guess this is still user error (even if it's kind of annoying). However, if you decide to change your password, let them log in right away. I see no reason to still show the "try later" text, making the user to wait longer before they can log in. Most people try to guess their password before they decide to change it after all.

2023-03-31	Sultan Al Habis	since the new stupid update, the extension won't connect. it keeps showing network issue. i have opened three cases with the support and all closed with suggesting me to use the native app which i really hate .. if your STUPID extension doesn't work, and you are not smart enough to fix it, at least provide a way to tunnel selective traffic through your native app. can't wait until my subscription expires. im definitely moving back to NordVPN
