2024-12-09 | Brandon Tate | en | This app will not recognize the newer Logi Bolt Receivers. I was able to use the Logi Web Connect app from the Play Store to pair my MX keyboard with the receiver I have for my Logi wireless mouse. Logi Web Connect has a low number of downloads but I decided to give it a try and it worked like a charm! I'm assuming this Unifying for Chrome app still works well for older receivers but giving only 4 stars as it should at least include messaging about not being compatible with the newer receivers.

2024-06-15 | Orman Beckles | en | Oh my goodness, thank you so much! I've got about five mice and a bunch of dongles, and it's like playing Where's Waldo every time I need one. Now I can just grab one dongle and go! It’s like the tech gods heard my prayers! This is amazing, especially since I use a Chromebook and didn't have to switch to a Windows computer. Seriously, thank you so, so much!
2024-05-04 | Chris Dart | en | Have M705 mouse, long dead, corroded batteries - not a happy mouse! Have K270 keyboard, also dead. Cleaned mouse terminals, new batteries in both, ran Logitech software on Chromebook - everything works!! Will use keyboard and mouse for my Pi 5!!! Have 3 dongles, keyboard responded to one, mouse did not initially respond to any.

2024-01-28 | Lisa E | en | In response to Scott J. Hopkins' post. I also have the Lenovo 330 Chromebook and use the Logitech 780 keyboard and M525 mouse. I just replaced the Chromebook with the same model a few weeks ago. (Keyboard and mouse paired correctly to original Chromebook.) In setting up new 330, I am able to pair the keyboard, but not the mouse. Having the same issue you are, however, once I start the 330, if I remove the unifying dongle and then insert it again, my mouse works even though it does not appear as a connected bluetooth device. Not the most convenient and hoping this gets fixed soon, but an acceptable workaround for now.
2024-01-28 | Scott J. Hopkins | en | Logitech M325 / Unified just stopped working on my Lenovo C330 Chromebook. Worked great up until a week ago, then just stopped loading up. Have removed the extension from Chrome and re-added. Still not working. Logitech, Lenovo, Google, fix this issue!
2023-10-29 | Devon M. | en | I got a Logitech M705 Marathon Mouse from Goodwill with the new Logitech logo on it. It came with a Unifying Receiver that had the old Logitech logo on it. When I tried to see if it works, the mouse wasn't connecting. No button and cursor response. I knew the batteries were brand new and had to find solutions. I downloaded this software (first found it out from the Logitech support page) and downloaded it. I went through the pairing process AND IT WORKED! Now I can use the mouse, and it works great The software I used was Chrome OS, it is on a HP Chromebook which is from 2013. |
